One sided cramps?

Hi ladies,

I’m currently 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant. We got pregnant with IUI. I’m currently on progesterone now. I’ve been having right sided cramping this entire time. It’s not severe but it is persistent. I have no other symptoms. My levels seems normal and have been doubling. But the one sided cramping is started to freak me out. Could this be an ectopic pregnancy? Has anyone else had this? I know my right side is where my dominant eggs were and I always felt a little something during ovulation. But when I read online it says one sided persistent cramping can be serious. Thoughts?
