Does this sound healthy?
So I’m trying to start eating healthier but my main problem is not eating enough protein in the mornings that way I stay full throughout the day.
I was thinking of doing either turkey bacon, cheese, and egg croissants with a cup of almond milk or doing cereal with chia seeds and fruit for breakfast. Do those sound filling and like they’d last me from 8 in the morning until around 2 to 3 in the afternoon? (I don’t get breaks at work so I can’t eat until after I’m off)
For after work I wanted to do turkey sandwiches with potato bread, cheese, and mayo with kettle chips. Then for dinner I wanted to do honey soy salmon or shrimp with asparagus and roasted potatoes. Does this sound good and healthy? If not what are some changes I should make?
