Just wondering

I’m 7+4 and a few days ago I noticed when trying to stand up it hurt .. but I didn’t wanna fully stand up I stayed bent over til the pain passed .. it kept doing that when I would stand up .. I mainly was feeling where your pubic hair is ... what does that sound like ??
