Five minutes after
 putting my cup and I got a poop 💩 i’m pretty sure I have to use the bathroom way more on my period. Why is that or is it I’m just being paranoid.

Hormones make it so you either have to poop more or get constipated. Keep an eye on it because it could also be a symptom of other things

Your cup may be too firm for your body. It presses against both ends lol so it can make you need to poo or pee if you’re sensitive. You could try a softer cup and see if that helps. Personally I try to make sure I poop before I put it in because I just get annoyed when I have to take it back out to poop lol
