Wtf???..help..

Picture posts below TMI TMI ...I am a mother to a 3 year old my periods have been way off since giving birth to her.. I've been trying for baby #2 and have not been able to conceive I've tried almost anything except the expensive route.. Well I missed my period for 3 months and I started to bleed brown for a week then started to bleed red it's been off and on since the red stopped and I woke up and had something on my tissue the blood or discharge is not red on the paper.. While bleeding red I did have a large clot TMI I know, and I have had cramps and back pain.. Is this just my body getting back together or am I facing a possible miscarriage? I did test when I missed the 2nd month and it was negative....
