Do you think the Lumineers make girl names more popular?

So they came out with a song “Ophelia” a couple years ago and the name skyrocketed in popularity soon after.
They recently came out with a new album titled “Gloria” and I’m wondering if any of you ladies think that name will catch on like wildfire this year??

Only thing is was Ophelia was already in the “unique” name category that was beginning to rise. It fits right in with names like Freya or Astrid that are also rising in popularity. Gloria, however, is not apart of any name group that is rising in popularity. It’ll probably catch on again at some point (most names make a come back) but I don’t think it will at this point.

Popular songs with names in them usually do cause slight rises in the popularity of the names. You can look up the statistics and see it happening throughout the history of recorded music. Pretty interesting!
