Has anyone been negative on home tests but still was found pregnant by blood test?

I’m on my third IUI and had some iffy results on a couple tests where there almost was a line but no real BFP or anything for sure. I only used the cheap kind that isn’t great at detecting early pregnancy except for one FistResponse at dpo10 or 11 which had a maybe VERY faint line to it... but could have been nothing or indent. My blood test is tomorrow and my cycle is anywhere from 1 to 8 days away, tho most likely its 3-4.... I don’t want to waste another expensive test when I’ll know for sure tomorrow so it seems wasteful but I’m also running out of hope given how great our numbers were this month and how likely the clinic thought it would be.... they even made us sign that we would discuss the option of selective reduction in case of higher multiple births! That’s how well they thought this cycle looked for us and I just feel totally crushed... Is there a chance at all with anecdotal or factual proof that maybe it won’t be a no tomorrow? Should I just use the stick even though it wouldn’t be FMU today so I’ll stop fretting and either feel there’s a chance still or can skip right to the disappointment? I don’t know what to do and IVF just isn’t going to happen for us unless we miraculously win the lotto or something which is unlikely given we don’t play it pretty much ever.... I just really thought this was our month.....but I am pretty much already hopeless 😩....
