Weight gain
Hey ladies! So I’m 18 and I weigh at 161 right now I’m not doing any intense workouts and I try not to eat junk food. In middle and high school I was apart of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and later in high school I took a weight training class. Before senior year I was weighing in at 148 (I’m going into my second year of college rn). Should I be concerned with the weight gain?
