Pain after sex

So I recently started having sex with my boyfriend, and every time we have sex my vagina is in severe pain for days after. Both of us have been tested for STD’s, and after the first time I had sex with him and experienced pain I went to the doctor and was told I had a bacterial infection. But this pain is happening every single time we have sex, and lasts for multiple days. Has anyone experienced this??
