Just need to vent

So I just find out I'm pregnant a couple weeks ago and I had to go to my primary doctor for what I thought was going to be a quick stop to get a note for work cz I've missed due to nausea and cramping. He's a little worried that the baby may be in my tube and not the uterus. I have pain on just my left side but it's not too bad. I'm super scared now and just hope my baby is in the right place. I have my first obgyn appointment tomorrow so I guess we'll see. I'm only 7weeks going off my last period. Please sends prayer and good vibes. I don't even know what to feel at this point.
