Don’t think I’m pregnant ...

So I had sex April 13. Was in he hospital April 20 while in the hospital I started my cycle which lasted all of 4 days of that. They did a pregnancy test when I got admitted but the test came back negative. I was supposed to start today and it’s late (which is normal in most cases for me) my tummy has been tight and slightly cramping all day. Praying for my cycle 🤣🤣 tell me I’m just being paranoid lol or should I try a test if nothing shows lol laughing to keep from crying
