Does anyone else struggle to orgasm?

I am not sure if I’ve had one. It’s very frustrating. I am 28. I think I’ve tried every toy and shower head in the market, sexual position available, bondage, oral, women, men...I do enjoy sex and I can feel myself build but I don’t know if I’ve gone over the edge. I don’t think so.

The only way I can achieve clitorial orgasm is to just hold my breath until I run out and get my breath back and hold it again. It’s per say more of an intense orgasm

Im 20 and ive never had an orgasm. I cant with or without a partner. Ive seen doctors but none were too interested. One told me to take my nexplanon out and get on the mini pill because the mini pill is only progesterone... as is the nexplanon. She thought my estrogen was too high without any blood work. Turns out my levels are fine. I saw another one who told me it was all in my head and i should see a sex therapist. I am led to believe it is caused from a problem in my back but no one will look into it.
