How to even the work load?

Hey y’all.

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost three years. Our sex life us great.... for the most part. He often complains that he does all the work. Which I think is true. I ride him but it ends with him like ‘jack hammering’ up into me. I can not like squat and ride him like in my feet. And every time we have tried reverse it hurts sooo bad.

My point is that often he is to tired for sex and complains he doesn’t want to because he will do all the work. How do I fuck him back? Any tips or positions very much appreciated
