Low hcg but super dark hpt?

Had a faint positive hpt on 5/14. Watched the lines get darker over the next few days. Fast forward a week...went in for hcg and it was 13. How is that even possible? This was the test I took right before my lab draw.

Just to follow up...I had my labs redrawn today. Hcg is 3,195! Must have been a lab error of some sort. I’m just so relieved right now.

Thanks for your response. I’m just still confused. After 3 days of positives getting darker on FRER...looking like this

I did this test the same day....

Then I watched them get so much darker...

And they’re still that dark. I mean, I guess I’m expecting a miscarriage, I just don’t feel the numbers add up....

It’s possible bc those tests pick up very low levels of hcg even at 5.
I was the same way. I had a super dark line and mine was only 25 so it ended up being a MC obviously
