Anal sex risks? (TMI)

After a long time of trying to make it work, my significant other and I finally tried anal last night and afterwards I felt like it would never close normally again ever. But it did.😂 However, this morning I had to make my usual “movement” and it felt like I was going to die. I figured it would hurt, but Jesus I wasn’t ready for this. Am I broken? Am I sore? I bled a little last night and the paranoid part of me is worried I’m going to end up with an infection because of that. Am I being ridiculous?
