Can any fitness girls help me out ?
So I used to go on the treadmill for 35 mins incline 10 and speed 3.5 but I got back on it for the first time in awhile this morning and I couldn’t even last 20 mins I only made it to 15 cause I felt like I couldn’t breathe and my ears started ringing what should I do ? how do I get back into the swing of things ?
