Should I wait to tell my husband I’m pregnant till after the funeral?

Just found out I am expecting baby #2 , my husband has been having a very rough week his dad just passed away. And the funeral is tomorrow I don’t know if I should wait to tell him till after the funeral or tell him now ?

You should wait until after, it’ll give him sometime to grieve and be able to enjoy the announcement of a new baby.

I really feel like that’s a personal choice. I can see reasons to wait and i can see reasons to not wait. You know your husband best and it’s your choice to wait or not.

You know your husband best so go off of what you think he would want. I found out I was pregnant right when my husbands cousin killed him self. For my husband I mad the choice to tell him. It turned out to be the right choice in our situation and with my husband. Lossing a father is definitely different than lossing a cousin and every one handles grief differently.

I would maybe wait until the next day. Make it something special. So we won’t feel bad for feeling happy. I know during those times he might even take it as a sign from god
