I need some tips!

So I’m young to be sexually active but I know that I DO NOT want to get pregnant. I am on birth control and I do use protection but I’m still so afraid of getting pregnant. I don’t want to have to take the morning after pill because I’m “scared”. Is there any way to tell that you’re pregnant the day after or even a few days after sex? If anyone could give me some pointers that would be great.
