Gallstones and already starting to dilate

I was sent to L&D yesterday by my doctors office because I’ve been having contractions and a weird stomach pain. My last pregnancy I delivered at 27 weeks due to a ruptured appendix and placental abruption so they were worried about the placenta as I’m 28w4d currently. While there I found out I have gallstones and will probably need my gallbladder out. They are trying to wait until the baby is born but this pain is something awful 😩 I’m also 1 cm dilated already and it just seems awfully early to start dilating. Anyone else experience this?? I’m so nervous because of my previous super early delivery.
