Adult acne help?

I wash my face every morning and night. I’ve tried neutrogena, clearasil, you name it. Maybe it’s because of my birth control pills but this kind is suppose to help ache so I just don’t know. Should I just go to a dermatologist?

If you’re skin is dry and/or sensitive, I would  try facial moisturizers that have salicylic acid so it treats your acne while moisturizing your face. I just started trying it two weeks ago & it works wonders! I use aveeno in case you want to try.

Are you on the mini pill or combination?
I got acne from the birth control injection. Took me 1 year to clear my face. Used Kiehl’s face wash and toner and cremes.
For me the combined pill helped.
I also noticed a huge improvement once I ditched Coke! Massive change

Yes they will give you exact stuff for your skin type. You may be to dry that’s why you’re breaking out or vice versa.
