Help. Miscarriage gift?

Hi everyone! My cousins wife who I’m close to, just had a miscarriage. She was 10 weeks. I know this is her 3rd miscarriage. They already have 1 child, but I know she’s hurting so much. I know she does t want to talk about it right now especially because I myself am 6 weeks pregnant. I completely understand this. I know I can’t help her, but I was thinking of getting her something so she knows I care. Would this be inappropriate or is there any suggestions of what I can do? Thank you!!!
