Please don’t judge

Hi all.. I am on the birth control pill religiously, and I just got off my withdrawal bleed a few days ago. Is there any way I could be pregnant? I’m only asking because I threw up the other morning, but I think I had food poisoning. I know this is a silly question, but my anxiety is getting the best of me. I know the answer but I need some insight from other people to make myself feel better.
