Blood work PMS

Sooooo going to vent... and idk what else to come of this

So I had blood work done sex binding hormone glubion(something like that) OH progesterone, and insulin

My sex binding hormone test came back normal, follicle stimulating came back normal, just waiting for the next to!! Me and my GYN our coming up with a game to plan to get me on the right track to concieve

So started spotting but for the past two weeks I been eating horribly and well now I look fat and feel heavy 😕😕😕😕

Was diagnosed with PCOS
