I need some relief
Before I was pregnant I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and it's only gotten worse being pregnant. What helps to sooth this heel pain I can hardly bear it😫 I put my feet up as much as I can, I wear compression socks and the half heel socks to help with the pressure and they still ache so bad
