Early detection of pregnancy

I had unprotected sex literally the same day my period ended. I know that sperm can live for up to 5 days and I was in my ovulation window only 3days after that. Now it's about 2 weeks since that sex happened and I'm experiencing unusual cramps & back pain 2 weeks prior to my period. I haven't been sleeping much & was feeling like my insides were moving around last night. Is it really possible to feel different this early or is it all in my head? I'm going to wait 3 more days before buying an early detection test.

Edit: Now I'm having milky white discharge with no odor 👀 my husband noticed while we were having sex & said my cum is usually clear 👀

Update : My period is now one day late but the test came up negative this morning 😳😐
