Pressure/pain when using restroom?

Anyone else in the end of their 3rd trimester feel pain/pressure in their bum and lower belly when using the bathroom?

Is this normal?

I'm 37 weeks and 1cm dilated. The past few days, pretty much since I dilated, I can't even go pee without feeling pressure in my bum and belly and I get a small sharp pain when going, but it goes away right after?

This is my first pregnancy, so I'm not sure if this is just normal or what lol
