Birthday party with a newborn????

I need opinions and advice.

My friend's son just turned 3, she pushed his party out so we could attend (just had a 2nd c-section 2 weeks ago) because she's adamant that my 3 yr old son is her son's only friend (which yea he is, but he has an older sister 5). So she wants me to come for the party.

1. It's about 30 minutes away (I hate the drive)

2. This will be my 1st 24hr day alone without any help. (My husband is military and has 24hr duty that day)

3. Obviously my new little doesn't have vaccines and a weaker immune system. (We get him out in public enough, I'm fearful with a party though)

I told her, I'm worried about germs and about it being my 1st day alone. But she has an answer for everything ("I'll help you out, and we'll keep everyone away from him") 🙄🙄 I'm trying not to be a bitch but ummmm idk.

What should I say?!?!
