What helps with Nauseousness ?

I am about 6 1/2 weeks and well I have loss my appetite and every time I even think about eating my stomach hurts an I get nauseous. I don’t know what to do at this point .

Do you feel this way for ALL food? I'm 7+1 now and I've been like this for the past week. The only thing that doesn't repulse me is breads and cheese, and gummies. Small amounts of random other stuff, at random times of the day.

Do your best. It sucks for a little while, but does get better! I had horrible nausea from 6-11 weeks, then it finally started to taper off (I get it a little still, but not all day like it was). I found taking vitamin B6 3 times a day (25mg each) helped. I also took a Unisom at night (25mg). I didn’t like to take them together during the day since it made me tired, but I found that combo helped me at least eat something. My doctor also said just eat small meals and don’t let yourself get super hungry, or the nausea gets worse. Also keep some mints or hard candy around too if you need them.

I stuck to watermelon and apple sauce. I lost 25 pounds though in three weeks from throwing up so much. My doctor prescribed me Zofran and I took it up until 18 weeks and it helped me so much.
