Progesterone cream and pregnancy

I just had a miscarriage in March due to low progesterone so my first cycle after miscarriage which was May 1st I put myself on progesterone at 2 DPO got my bfp yesterday at 11dpo don't have a doctor's appointment until June 7th when my doctor will prescribe me for just I am taking the emerita pro-gest 20 mg in the morning and 20 at night should I up my dose or is that good enough until I see my doctor next month also congratulations ladies and I hope all of us make it to our due date with the healthy happy baby to bring home
