i think i had a miscarriage

so i was 60 days late on my period, and i wasn’t really worried because the sex i had was protected and there was a lot of factors that i was told were contributing to delay. but in the middle of the day today (i always get periods at night or in the morning) i had like a sudden flow and i’ve been having cramps ever since. it’s been heavier than usual and i’ve been noticing a little bit more clotting than usual. is this normal? should i be worried and should i go to a doctor and does this seem like a miscarriage?
