Is it abuse?

Me and bf have been together now for 4 years we have had so many arguments and he never backs down or apologises. He’s physically assaulted me in arguments in the past which seem to have escalated recently.

But I’m the last few months every time we argue he wants sex he always pushes me into it. I tell him I’m not in the mood but he doesn’t listen and I’ve just ended up giving in because I don’t want to argue with him anymore.

He never wants sex normally it’s just when we argue it’s always on his terms and when he wants it.

I’m so tired of this but don’t know if it’s my fault
