So someone was doing something I just heard a cluN I think it was boxes and I just panicked and then it got worse so I stopped drawing grabbed my stuff went to my inside the main house room walking in the dark dropped a shirt freaked out still had to go back for the light turned on the bright light so I could go back

And I went inside

Went to the toilets Uti i think

And my dads doing something’s the laundry so when I open the door I JUmp

I’m just really freaking out Rn

Btw the reason I moved into this room is because that ones bigger and has more spirits even saw a shadow man and this one just feels safer

And the spirits attach onto me when I’m like panicking so it’s better to be here

Btw apparently my dad is gaslighting us and he also has anger issues and the three of us have anxiety :) mum won’t do anything when dad threatens to punch me he had his first out when I refused to cross the road with no crossing and a lot of cars just to wash my hands when I repeatedly said I didn’t want to

And if I go to boarding school I can’t get a job for my surgery which I need and they won’t give me money for
