Pregnancy notes
So i seen my midwife for my booking on wednesday and obvs now notes are on a app. Well after checking my notes on the app iv noticed my midwife has wrote my d.o.b down incorrectly and has me down for 6wks instead of 11. I messgsed her on the wed to say.. no reply and still not updated. Is there a way i can do this my self? I have my 12wk scan on thur and worrying thid may effect things.
