Bad UTI -read below

I’m 11 weeks pregnant and i’ve had this horrible UTI for about 2 weeks now, and at first they had me on medication for it but i never finished those because i kept throwing them up now they gave me new medication for it but starting wednesday my vagina lip had been tender, tender to where i could barely even sit or wipe, and since yesterday my left vagina lip has been HUGELY SWOLLEN, like way bigger than my right lip. I don’t know if i should go in to the er or wait it out, i can hardly even wipe when i use the restroom and hardly even sit without wincing in pain. My UTI is also giving me cloudy pee, and pressure in my stomach.
