Did you take any other vitamins/supplements with your prenatal, or did you only take your prenatal vitamin?

I am taking a prenatal, DHA, magnesium/calcium and zinc supplements. 
All prenatals are different and not all of them give you 100% of the recommended daily intake of all vitamins/nutrients. I’d recommend to read the label and supplement as necessary

Prenatal and extra DHA. Most prenatals only have about 50mg and they recommend 250mg to help with brain development (not necessary but I like to do it for peace of mind and it’s good for you).

Vitamin D in the the winter months of my pregnancy and B12 because I don't eat meat.

My dr. has me taking a prenatal tablet, a folic acid, and iron pills. I guess you can say my first baby is sucking the life out of me lol
