Sensitive/TMI spotting 7w4d with pic

Hi ladies! I’m 7 weeks 4 days pregnant with a singleton. Last night when I wiped I had a small amount of brown old blood for the first time. When I peed this morning I had nothing. Now I’m spotting tiny amounts of brown and when I wiped I saw this (see photo below). No cramping or anything besides terrible constipation. I’m pretty worried but any honest comments/feedback/experience welcome. Thank you!
