Bad bad hair cut

I need to know if I'm in the wrong for being pissed off... I went to get my hair cut, I asked for shoulder length and pointed to where I wanted it.. Not only did they cut it shorter and I hate it, the charged for $30 for a style and blowdry that I never asked for.. then they proceeded to tell me they can give me a free hair cut on my next visit instead of taking the charge off..

I am currently sitting at my bank, so the can stop the charge, and put my money back..

I am absolutely pissed off! But am I in the wrong for my having my bank stop the payment?
