Looking for advice for a friend

So my friend is a huuuggge idiot she made a big mistake idk what to tell her or advice her.. she thought she was pregnant because she was late two months. She took two tests one came out positive and one negative the third one came out positive. Her and her boyfriend were having issues so she told him she was pregnant without even being sure.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Top it off worse she took an ultrasound pic from social media and sent it to him resulting to be someone else’s ultrasound and it blew up in her face.. she went to get blood works done and came out she’s NOT pregnant. She’s been bed held full of embarrassment and humiliation from the public . What advice can I give her? Her ex will never forgive her for this and neither will his family. Any words of advice for her so I can make her feel a bit better. I told her it was a big mistake and that it’ll pass eventually people will forget or maybe not but she feels humiliated. And I feel like a bad friend because I have nothing to tell her besides that she has to deal with the consequences of this lie.. 😳🙄
