Will they give me a new product or my money back? GRACO..

I had a problem with one of my strollers and so the company (graco) is sending me a new one. I’m just waiting on the email confirmation. My question is this...

I checked their website and that specific model EVERYONE wrote in the reviews that they’re having the exact same issue as me. Do you think if I explained this to them they would maybe give me my money back so I could purchase from another company or store credit so I could purchase another graco stroller? Also, I noticed online that they have the same stroller model, but not the same colour I had. Does this mean they will send me another colour? Or do you think they’ll give me money or store credit? This is all within the one year warranty.

Just wondering because I’m literally stressing about this. It’s bad enough I won’t have a stroller for at LEAST 6 weeks ... and it’s the summer!!! I just don’t want this issue to happen again so I would rather buy another product if possible.
