Natural progesterone cream

Has anyone taken natural progesterone cream during pregnancy? I just found out I am pregnant but my doctor is out of town and will not be returning until June 3rd. My office will not allow me to go in for progesterone and hcg labs until she returns. I am only 4 weeks today, I know it’s super early but I’m worried because I have PCOS and have had chemical pregnancy before. My temps are staying high and steady and I’m on metfomin but I’m worried my progesterone isn’t high enough to support and wondering if I should supplement with natural progesterone or wait til I can see my doctor?
