Help please!! My newborn wants to nurse NONSTOP!!!

My new baby girl is almost 3 weeks old and pretty much since birth she has wanted to be on my breast often. I thought it would get better but it’s still pretty constant. Some days are worse than others but pretty much all day every day, when she is not sleeping, she is wanting to be on my breast. What makes it more difficult is I also have a three-year-old who needs attention as well and I am going to have both of them by myself all day a few days a week starting next week and I’m terrified! I have no idea how I am going to balance and be able to breast-feed my baby and take care of my toddler! I’ve tried a paci and it works when I hold her sometimes. I’ve also had to give her a bottle in the evenings a few nights because she completely drains my breasts throughout the day! And she soaked her diaper like every hour or more often! She is sleeping pretty well so that’s the one good thing about her eating so much. Is this normal? Have you all experienced this? And if so how did you juggle your time with baby and toddler?! Any advice is much appreciated! 🙏🏻😘
