Will I Lose Weight Eating Like This..??

I’m going to Europe in 6 weeks to escape the Southern Hemisphere winter, and want to lose weight for both aesthetics as well as health as I have a little extra meat on me.

I’ve decided to go to the gym at least 3 times a week, but also listen to my body and eat when I’m actually hungry - not just because I have to, or mindlessly.

I started today and I had one serving of easy Mac, which is 220 calories and nothing else. I just don’t have an appetite.

Will I lose weight eating between 200-800 calories a day, since that seems to be what my body wants?
