Just wondering

I’ll Delete if it’s not allowed... but dose many women here NOT use opk and not track cm or temp and HAVE got pregnant?

Just asking as I started opk this cycle but gave up as it was putting to much stress on me seeing no positive and I just couldn’t handle it, for now I’m just going with the flow to see what happens as I only had on cycle since coming of the implant in January and that was may 5th. So I don’t know how or if my cycle is going to be regular yet. Thanks in advance
