Implantation or early miscarriage?

So yesterday I got my first *faintly* positive test with first response! Because it was so faint I wasn’t really convinced but that was the closest positive test I’ve had... so this morning I took another text and it was much darker and more positive looking than yesterday! But, this afternoon I’ve had some very mild cramping and went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a pink tinge... is it possible to still have implantation bleeding after getting a positive test result? Or should I be preparing myself for a miscarriage....
