Pain getting period cup out...

I bought an organicup a while back and I used it a couple of times. I didn’t have many problems getting it in but when it came to getting it out...boy did it hurt 😬 Every time I tried taking it out it hurt so much I almost screamed and I know I broke the suction on it so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Since then I’ve been too scared to use it again. Any suggestions ladies??
