Opiate addiction

Currently withdrawing from pain killers. It's the hardest thing I've ever gone through. The sweats. The chills. The body aches. The insomnia. The restlessness. The agitation. Can't eat. Trying hard to stay hydrated. Passed out and blacked out at work yesterday. Ambulance came and took me to the hospital. Anyone please help me tell me it gets easier. Its hard not calling your dealer and getting more. Omg please help me get through this
