Losing weight
Hi ladies! I haven’t been on here in what it feels like YEARS and have been going through the feed and love seeing all the support and guidance we give out to each other. This is definitely a great community to be a part of and I would love some help.
I’m a 5’3, 180lbs girl that really just wants to be happy with her body. (I always tend to lie about my weight so it’s kinda nice to actually admit my true weight)
I’ve tried most things with trying to lose weight and be healthy. All I’m asking is some tips and advice you girls have for me, either from experience or the grape vine! I would love to try different strategies and lose weight that will make me look and feel good! I really just want to do this for myself. I graduate with my bachelors in December and want to look great for graduation! On top of going into the academy to become a Conservation Officer. I have big plans in my future that I would love to be healthy for.
