I think I may be pregnant 🤔😮

So I just wanted to get this off of my chest since I dont want to tell my bf or my mom yet just In case I'm not. But this month I bd like 4 times ,,(we aren't really trying to hard but not preventing more like if it happens it happens) but then I ovulated the night I bd and the 4 days were right. before that (I'm positive I ovulated because I get such bad ovulation cramps on one side. And for some reason I just had a weird feeling after that like woah I may have just done that. Now I tell my self for the last 2 month (OMG I'm not feeling that good I'm pregnant) only ti have AF show up now my mom said (you will know when you are your body will feel diffrent and you'll know) I thought she was crazy lol well this month i think i "know" I've been nausea getting sick (thought it was flu but its been here for 7 days now) I feel like I'm dead I just wanna sleep but also cant sleep that good I'm moody and feel happy than sad then pissed at my bf :( Haha and on top of that my breast aren't really in agonizing pain but my nipples are aching and killing me!!! And I had weird brown spotting after I masturbated the other night sorry tmi:( and I've been getting little tummy cramps and peeing constantly this was my pee sced for a hour Pee
