Hcg levels

I went to the hospital on the 24th at 4wks 5days because of cramping and bleeding when I urinate.. the doctor checked my hcg level and told me “you’re at 818 your gonna miscarry, we can’t stop that” I was devastated and she said it in front of my 9year old who didn’t even know I was pregnant.. had the same symptoms today (28th) went to the hospital I told this we doctor about the last one and told him I already know I lost my baby... he checked my urine and said my test was still positive and he might know why I’m in pain, he checked my HCG it was over 6,000! I cried when he said “we are doctors not Gods, you are headed towards a healthy pregnancy, you just have a uti” I’m still over the moon right not.. the other doctor called today and said “oh I looked at your chart again you have a uti 😒
