Advice needed for a ftm

Friday I lost my mucus plug, Saturday morning I was having contractions and horrible lower pelvic pain and pressure. I went to L&D Sunday they kept me overnight, I was dilated to a one at 23wks and they were able to stop the contractions. I’ve had diarrhea since Thursday morning and it’s only getting worse, I’m still having pain and nausea. My CM has changed consistency, and I’m still having lower back pain, the best way i can describe it is I feel like I’m on my period with the cramps and back pain. Does anyone have any advice because my dr seems clueless, his exacts words were “ I’m giving you antibiotics to take for 7 days, i don’t know how to treat this because I’m not sure what it is that I’m treating” I’m worried that my son is going to come early. I have endometriosis so even conceiving was a miracle.
